JULY 29TH, 2011
10:00am Registration Opens at the Inn on Barons Creek
10:00am Collect Welcome Kits, Car Show Registration forms, Car Show "Members Choice" voting slips, Goody Bags and Store Items.
1:00pm While some may want to visit the shops and stores downtown, others can take a tour of Street Dreams Texas, an auto dealer in
Fredericksburg that specializes in Classic cars, Muscle cars, and Street Rods.
5:00pm Arrive back at The Inn on Barons Creek to get ready for dinner.
6:00pm Staging in parking lot to head out to a local dinner spot. Check the "Local Activities" page for a few choices.
8:00pm Leisure time in the pool area and/or the conference room.
JULY 30TH, 2011
7:00am Breakfast compliments of The Inn on Barons Creek.
8:30am Fill-up and fluid check at the local Shell gas station. When completed, return to The Inn on Barons Creek to stage for the caravan to the
Full Moon Inn.
9:00am Caravan from The Inn on Barons Creek to the Car Show Area at The Full Moon Inn for setup and final preperations for the Cannonbird
Run Car Show
10:00am Cannonbird Run Car Show starts at The Full Moon Inn. Lunch will be available on site. There will also be some indoor seating and activities
for the kids.
12:00pm Judging starts for the Cannonbird Car Show, please be with your car when the Judges arrive to answer any questions.
1:30pm Group picture of all participants under the Giant Oak trees.
2:00pm Staging for the 60 mile cruise through the Wine Country with stops at various wineries for taste testing, ending at your respective hotel.
5:00pm Get your boots and cowboy hats on and get ready for the BBQ and Band. Those staying at the Inn on Barons Creek will caravan back to
The Full Moon Inn
6:00pm Texas style BBQ Dinner catered by Rabke's with all the fixin's!
7:00pm Trophies and Awards announced and presented to Car Show winners. Pictures will be taken with the winners and their cars.
8:00pm Enjoy 3 hours of music from the Mark Jungers band with a special surprise during the bands breaks!
JULY 31ST, 2011
7:00am Breakfast compliments of The Inn on Barons Creek.
8:00am Sit down with the Organizing Committee at The Inn on Barons Creek for input and insight on next years event.
9:00am Staging for the Farewell Cruise for the send-off in the right direction for the great folks that attended from out of state!
9:15am Caravan to Chuy's TexMex Restaurant for Farewell Lunch and more pictures.
11:00am Farewell Lunch at Chuy's TexMex Restaurant in the Hubcap Room
2:00pm Remaining participants can take a tour of <TBA> before heading home.
